Terms of Use for This Website

Last updated: October 2026

These terms apply to your use of sauceresidential.property and the services offered through it by Sauceresidential Septic. When you use the site, call the number on it or send a form, you accept these terms. This page is a general template and not legal advice.

What Sauceresidential Septic Does

Sauceresidential Septic is a referral and marketing service. We link homeowners with independent plumbing and septic providers. We do not pump tanks, repair septic systems, drain fields or sewer lines, or do any plumbing work. We are also not a party to any agreement you make with a provider.

Providers Are Independent

The providers you reach are independent businesses. They alone are responsible for their quotes, prices, scheduling, workmanship, permits, licensing, insurance and conduct. We do not employ, supervise or control them. We make no promises about when they are available, how fast they respond, or what their work achieves.

Before you hire anyone, we suggest checking credentials, asking for proof of license and insurance, and getting it in writing with a written quote.

General Information Only

The content here is for general information. It is not plumbing, engineering, legal, insurance or financial advice. Cost ranges are typical U.S. figures that vary by job, and they are not quotes. Confirm details with a qualified provider and, when relevant, your insurer and local health department.

What We Expect From You

Please give accurate information when you contact us and use the site only for lawful purposes. Do not misuse the site, disrupt how it runs, or try to get in without permission.

Calls, Texts and Emails

When you call or send a form, you agree that we and the provider we connect you with may reach out about your request by phone, text or email. Calls may be tracked or recorded for quality and billing purposes. To stop being contacted, email contact@sauceresidential.property at any time.

Ownership of Content

The text and design of this site belong to Sauceresidential Septic or its licensors. Please do not copy or reuse them for commercial purposes without permission.

As far as the law allows, Sauceresidential Septic is not responsible for loss or damage that comes from using this site, from a provider's services, or from any agreement between you and a provider. The site is offered "as is," with no warranties of any kind.
